Kim Chi

The Korean version of sauerkraut is packed with flavor and just a little heat.  Not only is it good on soups, rice, or straight out of the jar, but it's good for you too! It's always a bonus when something tastes delicious and is good for you too. This version is made using the hearts (cores) of the cabbage. And yes, we were trying to be punny :)
