Kapow! Chow Chow


Made with green tomatoes harvested at the tail end of the summer growing season to be composted, we couldn't let them go to waste. Instead, we decided to make our own version of chow chow using red peppers, onion, garlic, and little bit of jalepeno.  That extra little kick of heat is the Kapow! in the chow chow.  As one of the more popular seasonals this fall, we have been telling everyone to get it while it's hot!
