Oh man, did this kraut turn out tasty. Not as hot as we thought, considering the fresh horseradish made us tear up like crazy when we made it, but none-the-less the subtle flavor of the horseradish tastes perfect. We did a courser cut on the cabbage too, so the kraut is nice and hardy with compliments of the kale too. Great on crackers and cheese, or just on it's own, this kraut is sure easy to enjoy.
