Sweet Farm Ginger Beers is a delicious, probiotic alternative to conventional soda. We use simple, organic ingredients like ginger, cane sugar, lemon juice, dandelion root and filtered water, all cultured with the Ginger Beer Plant SCOBY. The fermentation period is short, allowing it to carbonate naturally, yet remain non-alcoholic. Great on their own, our ginger beers also work very well as mixers.
