GINGER BEER

 FERMENTED. PROBIOTIC. REFRESHING. NON ALCOHOLIC.

Our ginger beers are a delicious, probiotic alternative to soda. We use simple ingredients which consist of: Fresh ginger, a ginger plant SCOBY (Symbiotic Community Of Bacteria & Yeast), organic cane sugar, and filtered water. The fermentation period is short, allowing it to self carbonate, yet not get alcoholic. Similarly to it's cousin Kombucha which ferments with sugar and tea, our Ginger Beer ferments with sugar and ginger. In the fermentation process, the bacteria and yeast form lactic acid from the sugar, creating a carbonated, sweet and spicy non-alcoholic beer.

Our refreshing ginger beers are a "healthier" alternative to soda and unique to most other ginger beer brands and ginger ale in that our's are fermented and probiotic. Great on their own on ice, our ginger beers also work very well as a mixer. Whether it be with vodka for Moscow Mules, rum for Dark and Stormy's, or just with other fruit juices, our ginger beer is sure to spice up just about any beverage.
